AI that answers first
Lead-response agents that reply in seconds, qualify the lead, and book the meeting — on your website, SMS and email, in your voice.
AI · Automation · DevOps · Security
We build systems that build businesses.
Stop losing leads to slow follow-up and shaky infrastructure. We wire up the AI, automation and security behind your business so it runs while you sell.
What we do
Lead-response agents that reply in seconds, qualify the lead, and book the meeting — on your website, SMS and email, in your voice.
CRM updates, follow-ups, invoicing and reporting wired together so nothing depends on someone remembering.
CI/CD, edge deployments, monitoring and rollbacks. Ship changes on a Tuesday afternoon without holding your breath.
Locked-down repos, secret scanning, dependency hygiene and least-privilege access — fixed in days, not quarters.

How it works
Every phase ends with a named deliverable you can read, click or run, so you always know what you're paying for. Open any sample below.
Goal: audit your tech stack, find where leads leak, and map manual bottlenecks.
# SAMPLE FORMAT: example data, not a real client LEAD FLOW inquiry → first reply → qualified → booked web form 24/wk ~6 h ▓▓▓░░░░░ LEAK: 41% arrive after hours voicemail 11/wk next day ▓▓░░░░░░ LEAK: no text-back email 18/wk ~3 h ▓▓▓▓░░░░ SLOW referrals 6/wk < 1 h ▓▓▓▓▓▓▓░ OK RISK CHECKLIST [ ] 3 repos allow force-push to main [ ] API key found in commit history [ ] CI actions not pinned to a commit SHA [x] 2FA enforced for org members NEXT fix #1 instant reply + booking (impact HIGH, effort LOW)
Goal: a fixed-scope architecture plan and delivery timeline you can say yes or no to.

Proof, not promises
We'd rather show you how it's built than quote vague results. Here are the reference architectures we deploy and the code behind them.
Built into every deployment:
The same pattern runs the contact form on this page: validate, throttle, store, then notify. A failed notification never loses a lead.
// validate input, silently drop bots (honeypot)
if (data.website) return json({ ok: true });
if (!name || !message || !EMAIL_RE.test(email))
return json({ error: 'Invalid input' }, 400);
// strongly consistent throttle: 5 / hour / IP
const { n } = await env.DB.prepare(
'SELECT COUNT(*) n FROM leads WHERE ip = ? AND created_at > ?'
).bind(ip, oneHourAgo).first();
if (n >= 5) return json({ error: 'Too many requests' }, 429);
// store first: the lead is safe before anything else can fail
await env.DB.prepare('INSERT INTO leads (...) VALUES (...)').bind(...).run();
// notify second: a webhook outage must not lose the lead
try { await fetch(env.NOTIFY_WEBHOOK, { method: 'POST', body }); } catch {}
Every inbound webhook is authenticated before anything else runs. Constant-time comparison, so signatures can't be guessed byte by byte.
// verify an HMAC-SHA256 signature on the raw body (Workers runtime)
async function verify(request, secret) {
const body = await request.text();
const sig = request.headers.get('x-signature') || '';
const key = await crypto.subtle.importKey(
'raw', new TextEncoder().encode(secret),
{ name: 'HMAC', hash: 'SHA-256' }, false, ['verify']);
const bytes = Uint8Array.from(sig.match(/../g)?.map(h => parseInt(h, 16)) ?? []);
// subtle.verify compares in constant time
const ok = await crypto.subtle.verify('HMAC', key, bytes, new TextEncoder().encode(body));
return ok ? body : null; // null => respond 401, do nothing else
}
Branch protection and secret scanning applied through the GitHub API, so every change is repeatable and documented.

The baseline behind Pattern 2. Every third-party action is pinned to a full commit SHA, and cloud access uses short-lived OIDC tokens instead of stored keys.
